In honor of Earth Day tomorrow (April 22nd) I wanted to take a minute to post about how important it is to get your green on! Throwing that aluminum can in the olive colored trashcan is no longer cutting it. Now more than ever, we have to get creative and find ways to conserve, reuse and sustain! You better believe that DIYva Designs has and will continue to make efforts to be green in any way we can, including using sustainable products and planning earth friendly events! So c'mon, join us, and get on board. Pick up the nearest newspaper, and fashion yourself a trendy, earth friendly outfit!
Oh, and if you're in the D.C. area, check out the Earth Day festivities taking place on the National Mall on Sunday, April 25th. Grab some friends, snacks and a blanket and spend the day listening to great guest speakers and awesome performers who are all committed be green!
