I guess I kind of love all of our clients, and Emily is no exception. Super sweet and humble, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her color scheme was classic fall colors with just one absolute rule: NO PUMPKINS. Gotcha.
Their venue was right on the waterfront in Annapolis, Maryland. We hosted a DIY Flower Party and put together these great vibrant colored flowers, and I had a blast putting together their bouquets:) She had collected a great amount of gorgeous white milk glass pieces for each table to have about 4 vases.
Instead of a cake, Emily and her mother BAKED about 100,000 pies (gross exaggeration) ---and we put together a really cute pie table. I took some various white porcelain pieces I had in the basement and made them the colors of the wedding, like bright orange and a winter green. Tree stumps had flowers coming out of them. It was sooo cute! For the bar, I took some wine bottles with chalkboard paint (previously used as table numbers in another wedding) ----and hung them behind the bartender with the names of the wine and beer options. Take a look! :
