The perfect snack

So my husband and I have been trying to eat a little healthier lately.  So one night while updating our Pinterest boards, I came across this healthy little snack.

All you need for this are:
- 1 cup your favorite yogurt
- Cookie Sheet
- Wax paper
- Plastic Bag
- Scissors

Step 1: Spoon your favorite yogurt in the plastic baggy.  It may be easier to place the bag in a cup or glass and fold the bag over the edge.

Step 2: Lay your wax paper over the cookie sheet.

Step 3: Once you've finished scooping the yogurt, seal the bag tight.  Then take your scissors and cut one of the bottom corners off.  Make sure to only cut off a tiny bit so you don't make the opening too large.

Step 4:  Then take your yogurt baggy and begin squeezing out your bites!

Step 5:  Once you've run out of space on your sheet, place the entire thing in your freezer for about 20-30 minutes.  Check the consistency of the yogurt, and adjust the freezing time to your liking.

Step 6:  ENJOY! :)
