Happy Fat Tuesday!

via Brenda's Wedding Blog

Here's a special treat as we celebrate Fat Tuesday and the start of Mardi Gras!
A New Orleans inspired wedding reception photo shoot from a fantastic California designer. They used a very rich and colorful jewel tone palette as their inspiration with traditional Mardi Gras masks and LOTS of glitter. Tina of Weddings by Tina writes . . . "Think New Orleans, French Quarters, Bourbun street and live music, with feathers, bead work, glam and glitz, people having a grand ball of a time during the celebration all dressed up and the city comes to life with bold colors and lots of fun for everyone. This inspired us to create a very boisterous and lively menu along with an exotic centerpiece that included materials such as: Ornamental Kale, Vanda orchids, green Anthurium, Asclepia seed pods (green balls), privet berries, glittery lotus seed pods and corkscrew hazel."
Now keep in mind it doesn't have to be Mardi Gras to take advantage of this fabulous color pallete!
